Marina was born with Microtia/Anotia (she was born with no left ear) and has profound hearing loss on the right ear. She uses a bone-anchored hearing aid to help her have access to sound. Her current BAHA needs to be replaced and recent testing results showed she will be needing a second hearing aid on the other side. Unfortunately It is not covered by our health insurance and we do not qualify for medicaid/medical.
