Hallo, mein Name ist Marina St., ich bin 28 Jahre alt, lebe in Brandenburg und sammle Spenden, um mir den Traum zu ermöglichen den online Lehrgang zur Hormonberaterin zu absolvieren.
Ein Traum, der schon länger in mir schlummert und den ich nun mit eurer Hilfe wahr werden lassen möchte.

Ich selbst wurde 2017 mit schwerem PCOS (Polyzystisches Ovarialsyndrom) diagnostiziert.
Mir wurde aus vielen fachlichen Ecken versichert: "Diese Krankheit ist unheilbar, Sie müssen damit leben, werden wahrscheinlich niemals Kinder bekommen und die einzige Lösung ist es die Pille zu nehmen."
Ich entschied mich ganz klar dafür, dass dies nicht meine Realität sein würde und begab mich auf einen langen, dunklen und teils sehr harten Weg der ganzheitlichen Heilung und Transformation.
Ich kann nun voller Stolz und Freude sagen, dass ich das PCOS erfolgreich und nach ca. 8 Jahren Heilungsweg durch einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz und viel Mühen, aufgelöst habe und stabil, sowie symptomfrei bin.
Leider konnte ich in den letzten 8 Jahren kaum arbeiten, da die hormonelle Krankheit zu chronischem Burn Out, Depressionen und anderen gesundheitlichen Einbrüchen geführt hat.
Ich habe mich viel alleine durch diese Krankheit und den langen und mühseligen Heilungsweg gekämpft.
Das wünsche ich niemandem.
Und daher möchte ich nun anderen Frauen, die sich an der Stelle allein gelassen und hilflos fühlen, mit meinem Wissen und meiner Erfahrung zur Seite stehen.
Denn leider gibt es noch viel zu wenig Forschung und wirkungsvolle Unterstützung für Frauen in diesem Bereich.
Obwohl mittlerweile weltweit 1 in 3 Frauen mindestens einmal in ihrem Leben unter hormonellen Schwierigkeiten leidet.
Ich bin voller Elan und passioniert mich in diesem Bereich durch den Online Zertifizierungslehrgang Hormontherapeut*in / Hormonberater*in – Modul 1 weiterzubilden, um somit Frauen noch tiefer, qualifizierter und nachhaltiger begleiten zu können.
Leider ist es mir nicht möglich die Unkosten von 850€ für den Kurs alleine zu stemmen.
Daher bitte ich nun euch alle um Hilfe bei der Verwirklichung meines Traumes!
Ich möchte so gerne an dieser Ausbildung teilnehmen und habe das Gefühl es ist genau der richtige Schritt, um in meiner Arbeit und meinem Angebot jetzt weiter und tiefer zu kommen.
Ich kann es kaum erwarten all das fundierte Wissen über Nebenniere & Co., sowie hormonregulierende Heilkräuter und Naturheilkunde aufzusaugen und dann mit der Welt zu teilen.
Desweiteren empfange ich nach Abschluss des Lehrgangs ein Zertifikat, welches mir helfen wird mit meiner Arbeit in Deutschland mehr Fuß zu fassen und auch Kundinnen mehr Vertrauen in meine Fähigkeiten ermöglicht.
Hier ein Auszug worum es bei Modul 1 (Natürliche Wege zur hormonellen Balance – Zertifikatslehrgang Hormontherapeut*in / Hormonberater*in) geht:
"Stress, hormonaktive Umweltchemikalien, Fehlernährung, Mikronährstoffmangel, gestörte Darmbarriere und viele weitere Faktoren wirken sich negativ auf unsere Hormonbalance aus. Daher nehmen hormonell bedingte Leiden wie etwa PMS, Endometriose, Myome, PCO-S, Unfruchtbarkeit, erschwerte Wechseljahre, Erkrankungen der Schilddrüse oder der weiblichen Brüste stetig zu.
Ziel dieses Lehrgangs ist es, die hormonelle Balance in allen Lebenslagen auf natürliche Weise wiederherzustellen und die naturheilkundliche Hormonregulation in ganzheitliche Therapiekonzepte zu integrieren."
Falls aus irgendeinem Grund mehr Geld als 850€ zusammen kommen sollte, werde ich diese in Modul 2 und 3 der selben Ausbildung stecken.

Hello, my name is Marina St.
I’m 28 years old, living in Brandenburg and I’m raising funds to make a long-held dream come true: completing the online training to become a certified hormone consultant.
This dream has lived within me for a while and with your support, I hope to finally bring it to life.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with severe PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).
I was told repeatedly by medical professionals and Google that the condition was “incurable,” that I would “likely never have children,” and that taking the pill was the only option.
But something in me knew that this would not be my story. And so I set out on a long, often difficult journey of holistic healing and deep personal transformation.
Today, after about eight years of commitment, research and countless steps into the unknown, I am proud and grateful to say that I have resolved my PCOS through a holistic approach and am now stable and symptom-free.
The past years, however, were not easy. My hormonal condition led to chronic burnout, depression, and other setbacks that made it nearly impossible for me to work and make my own money at all. Much of this journey, I had to walk alone — and I wish that to no one.
This is why I now feel deeply called to stand beside other women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unheard in their hormonal struggles. Sadly, research and effective support in this area are still far too limited, even though 1 in 3 women worldwide experiences significant hormonal imbalances at some point in life.
With full dedication, I want to continue my education through the certification course “Hormone Therapist / Hormone Consultant – Module 1,” so I can guide women more confidently, compassionately, and professionally.
The course costs 850€, and at this moment, I cannot cover this amount on my own.
So today, I’m reaching out with humility and hope, asking for your support in helping me take this important next step.
I truly believe this training is the key to expanding my work and allowing me to offer deeper, more impactful guidance. I cannot wait to dive into the knowledge of adrenal health, hormone-balancing herbs, and natural therapeutic approaches — and then bring this wisdom back into the world to help others.
After completing the course, I will receive a certificate that will strengthen my professional footing in Germany and help clients feel even more confident in my abilities.

The aim of this course is to naturally restore hormonal balance at every stage of life and to integrate naturopathic hormone regulation into holistic therapeutic concepts.”
If more than 850€ is raised, the remaining funds will be used for Modules 2 and 3 of the same training.
