We lost a beautiful young Mother, wife, sister, daughter, loving friend, and a great Novato resident at 36 years old…

Our beloved Marilyn, lost her war against cancer o. December 5th, 2021.

She passed away and found eternal peace in the arms of our Holy Father.

Those who were blessed to meet her, know what a special soul she was. She was a shiny light among us, always bringing joy and happiness everywhere she went.

6 years ago, she left her beloved Peru, family, and friends to come to California to be with her “one and only love” - as she always said - Angelo. Then came her two blessing, Bastian (5) and Liam (2). She was an active member of the Novato Mothers Club and a talented baker at Safeway. She always enjoyed life to the fullest. Surrounded by the love of her new family, her brother and sisters, friends, and supported by the wonderful community of Novato, Marilyn found a new home in California.

During these past two and half years, Marilyn went through all the difficulties of an aggressive stomach cancer that was discovered right after her second boy was born. She had many surgeries, chemotherapy, treatments, and many trips to the hospital. But she never lost hope nor faith, not even in the most difficult moments. She showed us what a true warrior is. Her strength will always inspire many people, and her memory will never fade in the hearts of people that loved her and got to know her.

This fundraiser is to help and support her husband and 2 little boys with funeral expenses, and basic necessities for her close family.
