Altadena has gone through an unprecedented disaster, and many families are facing devastating losses. Marilyn, known to her grandchildren as “Teta” (Arabic for grandmother) was one of those affected.
While we are incredibly grateful Marilyn and her family are safe, the fire has caused major damage to the neighborhood she’s called home for over 30 years. Her home and community, which have been filled with love and memories, now face a long road to recovery.
We’re reaching out to friends, family, and the community for support as Marilyn works to recover and restore what’s been lost.
Every contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference in Marilyn’s life. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your friends and family would mean so much to us.
Thank you for your generosity, compassion, and support as we help Marilyn and her community recover and heal.
