Earlier this year, around March, our mother was diagnosed with cancer. The events following that diagnosis occurred, and she started chemotherapy; the tumor seemed to have gotten less and then to perform surgery to remove it in October. Unfortunately, due to some existing conditions in our mother’s health, she could not go through with the surgery as planned. From that point, the cancer had spread aggressively, and her medical team advised that it wouldn’t be wise to operate as she might not be able to survive the procedure.

Throughout November, she was in and out of the hospital, trying out alternative treatments and treating her pain. It was until November 23rd that she had to stay at the hospital due to a lung infection. Sadly, our mother passed away on December 6, 2022, at 4:38 PM. She was not alone when she died, as we were by her side, along with some extended family and surrounded by all her loved ones from all over the world (through facetime), until her final moments.

Our mother had unselfishly raised both of us for most of our life. She had worked multiple jobs to provide for our family with necessities. We will be forever grateful for our mother's support and care for both of us up until the day our creator called upon her.
