My name is Rachel Carter and I am a daughter of Mari Jayne Carter. On October 3rd, 2014 Mari tragically passed away. She left behind our family, including my father Darrell, my brothers Jarrod and Darren, and my little sister Emma. This came as a complete shock to every single person who knew my mother.
