My name is Tali. For those of you that know Marie you know the type of person she is- caring, loving, always willing to step in and help and most importantly ALWAYS smiling. Marie was one of the first people who I met when I started my career working at Naples community hospital as a brand new doctor. She took me under her wing and she quickly became a part of my family. She is one of those rare people that can lift people up and make the hard things like trying to get a kid to cooperate when they’re scared to see the doctor actually fun and not scary. Families look forward to seeing her, and she still brings joy and laughter even while going through truly hard times. Everyone knows Marie’s laugh! 

You just know if Marie is working with you, that your day is going to be better. 

Marie has since become a nurse trainer at NCH and has continued to impact so many more people in her new role sharing her love and passion.

What many don’t know is that while Marie works selflessly to make sure her work family and patients are ok her life revolves around her 4 beautiful children and husband Reggie. In the last few weeks this family has seen their world turned upside down as Reggie was excited to start a new role at NCH as well was just diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer. While they know this journey is long and hard they continue to lean into their love and faith for support to get them thru this difficult time.
