IMPORTANT : Marie-Helen et JP ne doivent pas être au courant (donc, partager dans le groupe messenger à cet effet). Comme vous l’aurez constaté, JP a été absent du gym dernièrement pour des raisons de santé. Nous aimerions lui souhaiter un bon rétablissement et lui offrir une carte cadeau de gîte du mont Albert afin que lui et Marie puissent se reposer. Le CrossFit ce n’est pas seulement notre sport, mais aussi une communauté qui se soutient dans les moments les plus difficiles. Merci de votre générosité
