Marie Curie Padstow to Rock Swim 2025

This August Sam and I are taking on the Padstow to Rock Swim 2025 to raise money for Marie Curie! This is a one mile swim across the Camel Estuary- from Padstow to Rock. Neither of us are open water sea swimmers so we need all the support we can get!! Last year I was lucky enough to be part of the purchase for Marie Curie campaign with the aim to raise £200,000- enough to fund 10,000 hours of their invaluable nursing services. It was an absolute pleasure to meet some of the Marie Curie nurses, all I can say is these nurses are real life angels and what they do for patients and their loved ones is absolutely incredible. End of life is a topic we often try to avoid but unfortunately is something that affects us all. In the hope to raise money for Marie Curie Sam and I will be swimming one mile across the Camel Estuary. All donations will be appreciated so so much!
