Hello, if you know me than you know that Taylor Bryan is my long time best friend and pretty much my family.
Taylor sadly and unexpectedly lost her mother this passed Wednesday, September 7th. Her and her mother Marie shared the upmost unconditional love and bond for each other. She leaves behind three children, with Taylor being the oldest. Marie was the most free spirited, hilarious and kind hearted person you could come across. She had a wonderful bright light inside of her and helped everyone even in the times she needed healing. Marie was in a coma for 6 days before anyone was notified. We truly believe she waited for Taylor to get there to see her for one last time. For Taylor’s birthday this year she left her a voicemail reminding Taylor that she was born at 4:33pm, she said “don’t forget that baby” and unimaginably Marie passed at 4:33pm exactly 3 months after her own birthday. Marie chose to be an organ donor, her organs will save the lives of multiple people while her spirit lives on through Taylor. As we grieve together as friends and family, we are looking for ways to help and support Taylor in this hardest time.
The following is a Letter from Taylor:
“Losing the person who brought me into this world was my biggest fear. The one person who would do anything for me. I wish I could hold her tighter. My mom always made sure I knew how much she truly loved me no matter what. The pain I’ve endured over these past 2 days is unimaginable. My heart hurts. I feel shattered. They always say “There is nothing in the world like a mothers love” and they are 100% right. A mothers love is so powerful. Beautiful. There is no one on this earth who loves me the way my mother does. My mom spoke about me to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. Anyone who had a conversation with her heard about me, “Taylor Marie.” I’m her baby. She was proud of me. She is my everything. Everyone’s life isn’t always picture perfect but it has perfect moments. Those are the memories that will continue to cherish and share. I carry her love in my heart, she will live through me forever. One thing anyone who has ever met or spoke to my mom can agree on is she had a heart made of gold. She is filled with compassion and left a mark on everyone she’s ever encountered. I admire her love. My love for her is unconditional.
I write this all with a heavy heart. Although this is not how I wanted things to be, I have faith. My mom left my side physically peacefully but will always be with me. I have gained an Angel. I want to thank everyone who supports me and has been by my side. I am blessed. I honestly don’t know how I would get through these tough times. Thank you to everyone for your prayers, love and support. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude enough.
love, Taylor Marie Bryan”
