Maria’s burn injuries

Hello! My name is Janea, I am the oldest daughter of Maria Vaquera and I am here to raise money for my mom after April 1, 2023 @ approximately 940pm my mom and my dad were severely burned and was rushed to UNM hospital into the trauma care unit and my mom had to be transported to Lubbock, Texas where they specialize in treating severe burn injuries. She is undergoing surgery in the ICU and I am asking for the community to help our family by helping out with medical bills and treatment for my mom.. My mom is full of life and loves to be the life of the party and to hear from the doctors that she is 50% burned breaks my heart. Anything helps.

Update on my dad:

My dad was in the emergency room the night of the accident and the day after from severe burns on both his hands. (2nd degree burn) we brought him to be with my mom and he is going to appointments here in Lubbock. His most recent appointment, they told him that he is healing well and is lightly bandaged is needed.
