Our dear friend Marianne was diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma of the rib. It is a very rare cancer that does not respond to conventional treatment, chemotherapy or radiation, and it appears inoperable. It is also very painful and makes it hard for her to breath as it    pushes against her lung.

Marianne is seeking alternative medical treatment that has shown to have success with Chondrosarcoma, but the costs are beyond their reach as it could take them out of the country.

Her husband, Roger,  is the sole provider for the family and is a constant support to Marianne.  This will put a large strain on finances and make it very difficult to make ends meet.
