On September 22, 2021, our family received the most devastating news of our lives - our Mom, the rock of our family, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. It has been so incredible difficult to watch our sweet Mom through the diagnosis and now treatment plan. By the grace of God, we were able to get her immediately in to see the oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NY. Earlier this week, she officially began an aggressive chemotherapy regimen. Following her chemotherapy treatment, she will require a mastectomy. She will then complete radiation treatment, and begin to receive hormone treatments to continue for the next 10 years. These next months will be tough, but those of you that know our Mom know how strong she is and will always be. This treatment is aggressive but that is what we want, the objective is to cure!

 

Our Mom is a resilient and hard working woman, loving and devoted wife, most selfless and dedicated mother and friend. She is the best kind of person, someone that always sees the positivity in life, and prays everyday thanking God for all He has given her in life. She is our best friend and the love of our father’s life. Our Mom is someone who always puts everyone’s needs before her own. To know her is an honor, and to love her is a blessing. Please join us in supporting her in this fight to be cancer FREE! Whatever we can do to alleviate the financial burden of doctors’ appointments, scans, chemotherapy costs, surgery costs, food, or post-op expenses, so that our Mom is solely focused on her treatment and recovery. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you all for your love, support, and prayers as our Mom begins her journey through treatment and recovery.
