Marian Diane Botts Nursing Scholarship

Our beautiful daughter, Marian Diane Botts, was stillborn on September 26, 2024. Thanks to love and support from our family and friends, we were gifted some money to help us through this difficult time. The question is, how should we use this gift?

We will never have the opportunity to spend that money on Marian. What we can do is invest in someone else's future, someone who will help families like ours during their deepest heartbreaks. We decided to use the money given to us to form a scholarship at our alma mater, North Park University in Chicago, IL. The scholarship will support a student nurse who intends to specialize in Labor and Delivery or Neonatal Healthcare. We would love that gift to be as generous as possible.
