It is with a broken heart we ask for help for a part of the Modesto Customs family! On the morning of November 28th a call came that no father should ever have to answer; his 5 year old baby girl passed away! To say this father is devastated is an understatement. Mariam and her father had a special bond, she was his pride and joy! The highlight of his days were every morning when she would call to sing him a song to start his day as she was still back home in Columbia. She was his motivation! Unfortunately, last Monday that call didn’t come. Mariam had gotten sick over the weekend and later passed away in the hospital. Any funds collected will be send to Mariam’s family to help cover her funeral expenses and to care for her family and 9 year old brother while they grieve her loss.
