We are fundraising in honor of Maria Sanson to give her the proper sendoff she deserves. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, and mother-in-law. Known for her delicious meals, she was like a mother to all and an icon to the community. Friends and family were always at her house, and there would always be music and dancing. The funds will go towards her funeral and memorial celebration.

Maria’s funeral service will be held on November 4, 2022 from 5-7 pm at Ortiz Funeral Home located at 2121 Westchester Ave. A reception on Stratford Ave between Watson and Westchester will follow.
