Hello family and friends! I come to you today with a humble heart and appreciative of your time, trusting that you'll assist me in making sure I'm able to provide a proper sendoff in the near future. Unfortunately, my mother's health has severely declined over the last couple of months since her fall last year. The best thing we can do as her family to try our best to honor her.
Maria Luisa Mandujano has been a full of faith and selfless service to others and has done it without being asked countless times. Whether it was caring for her daughter in law Vicky while she recovered from surgery or rehabbed a repaired ankle or speaking life into her sons when they were sick and bedridden, she never failed us. Her grandkids are the light of her world. She beams each time while having them near to just chat the day away and feed them a homemade meal made with love.
She has accepted that her time to be with God is near and she is in hospice at home, surrounded by those who love her. Since she had no plans set in the event of this, I have also realized I cannot do this by myself. I ask that you please, if you find it in your heart, to help me fulfill her last wishes and reduce the financial costs of her trip home. If you're not capable to assist us monetarily, a share in support, prayers, and reaching out will also help me and my family.

¡Hola familia y amigos! Hoy vengo a ustedes con un corazón humilde y agradecido por su tiempo, confiando en que me ayudarán a asegurarme de poder darle un buen adiós en un futuro cercano. Lamentablemente, la salud de mi madre ha empeorado mucho en los últimos meses desde su caída el año pasado. Lo mejor que podemos hacer como su familia es intentar honrarla de la mejor manera posible.
María Luisa Mandujano siempre ha sido una persona llena de fe y de servicio desinteresado hacia los demás, y lo ha hecho innumerables veces sin que nadie se lo pidiera. Ya sea cuidando a su nuera Vicky mientras se recuperaba de una cirugía o rehabilitaba un tobillo reparado, o animando a sus hijos cuando estaban enfermos y en cama, nunca nos falló. Sus nietos son la luz de su vida. Se ilumina cada vez que los tiene cerca, simplemente para pasar el día platicando y darles una comida casera hecha con amor.
Ella ha aceptado que su momento de estar con Dios se acerca y está en cuidados paliativos en casa, rodeada de quienes la aman. Como no tenía planes establecidos para esta situación, también me he dado cuenta de que no puedo hacer esto solo. Les pido, por favor, si lo encuentran en su corazón, que me ayuden a cumplir sus últimos deseos y a reducir los costos financieros de su viaje a casa. Si no pueden ayudarnos económicamente, compartir apoyo, oraciones y mantenerse en contacto también me ayudará a mí y a mi familia.
