On February 26th, 2024 my mother unfortunately lost her battle to cancer. She fought long and hard until her body can no longer fight back. My mother arrived to Las Vegas in 2001 where she worked and raised us, she did everything for us put us through school and always made sure we had everything we ever wanted . Was always there for anyone of her family or friends and above all had a happy and playful character , she knew how to make us laugh or cheer us up

My mother was everything to us, she was an amazing & loving person and we are all completely devastated. Especially my dad since she passed only a day before their 42nd year anniversary. The past 5 years during her battle have been very hard for my family & I financially and emotionally as she did not have medical coverage so all of her treatment was out of pocket including any doctor visits , medical prescriptions and chemotherapy. For that reason we are seeking help in donations to be able to give my mom the proper burial she so deserves as well as cover sending her body back abroad to be buried next to my brother who passed 15 months ago. The amount that we are asking for in donations is the total amount with everything included , however we are grateful for any donations made and will be used to cover her funeral expenses & services Anything truly helps. Este 26 de Febrero de 2024 mi madre Maria Luisa Bolaños Cortes lamentablemente perdió su batalla contra el cáncer. Luchó mucho y duro hasta que su cuerpo ya no pudo defenderse. Mi madre llegó a Las Vegas en 2001, donde trabajó y nos crió, hizo todo lo posible por darnos todo lo mejor y siempre se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que siempre quisimos. Siempre estaba ahí para cualquiera de sus familiares o amigos y sobre todo tenía una bondad de ayudar , carácter alegre y juguetón, sabía hacernos reír o animarnos.

Mi madre lo era todo para nosotros, era una persona increíble y cariñosa y todos estamos completamente devastados. Especialmente mi papá, ya que ella falleció solo un día antes de su 42 aniversario. Los últimos 5 años durante su batalla han sido muy difíciles para mi familia y para mí financialmente y emocionalmente, ya que ella no tenía cobertura médica, por lo que todo su tratamiento fue de su bolsillo, incluidas las visitas al médico, las recetas médicas y la quimioterapia. Por tal motivo estamos buscando ayuda en donaciones para poder darle a mi mamá el entierro digno que tanto se merece así como cubrir el envío de su cuerpo de regreso al extranjero para ser enterrado junto a mi hermano quien falleció hace 15 meses. La cantidad que solicitamos en donaciones es la cantidad total con todo incluido, sin embargo, agradecemos cualquier donación realizada y se utilizará para cubrir los gastos y servicios de su funeral.
