Help Maria Jose Dance at an International Competition!

Hi, my name is Maria Jose. I’m 13 years old and I’m from Cali, Colombia – known as the salsa capital of the world!

I’m a proud member of the Guguancó Latin Dance Company here in Cali, and I’ve been given an amazing opportunity to represent my city and my academy at an international dance competition in Orlando, Florida. The event is called Latin Dance Crown 2025 and it will take place from the 8th to the 14th of July.

This is a dream come true for me, but I need your help to make it possible. Your support will go towards travel expenses, accommodation, and competition fees.

Apart from dancing, I love spending time with my family and friends, watching sunsets, listening to music, eating delicious food, travelling, watching romantic movies, and following sports – especially football!

Hola, mi nombre es María José. Tengo 13 años y soy de Cali, Colombia, ¡conocida como la capital mundial de la salsa!

Soy una orgullosa integrante de la Compañía de Danza Latina Guguancó aquí en Cali, y he recibido una oportunidad increíble para representar a mi ciudad y a mi academia en una competencia internacional de danza en Orlando, Florida. El evento se llama Latin Dance Crown 2025 y se llevará a cabo del 8 al 14 de julio.

Este es un sueño hecho realidad para mí, pero necesito tu ayuda para hacerlo posible. Tu apoyo contribuirá a cubrir gastos de viaje, alojamiento y tarifas de inscripción.

Además de bailar, me encanta pasar tiempo con mi familia y amigos, ver atardeceres, escuchar música, comer comida deliciosa, viajar, ver películas románticas y seguir los deportes, ¡especialmente el fútbol!
