Maria Elisa Silva

It is with immense sadness that the Silva family announces the passing of their beloved mother, Maria Elisa Silva. We were able to hold her hands while she took her last breaths in the late night of January 11th 2024. Maria passed surrounded by her loved ones following the long battle with her health. Maria was a strong and devoted mother to David, Renato, and Jesus Silva. Maria is preceded in death by her husband David Silva Del Campo, her mother Maria Elisa Villareal de Macias, her father Jose Macias Barra, and her brother Raul Macias Villareal. Maria is survived by her three sons David (Hilda), Renato (Sophia), and Jesus (Jessica). As well as her sister Isabel Cristina (Alfredo) Maldonado. Maria adored and found great comfort in her dogs Scooby, Hercules, and Tita who will miss her dearly.

Thank you to all who have and continue to reach out with your love, kind words, and support. A memorial and visitation will be held at Dundee Funeral Home in East Dundee for family and friends to attend. The date and time of the service will be shared as soon as we can. We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this devastating time. Any donations to David, Renato, and Jesus is not expected but greatly appreciated.
