With great sadness and disbelief, the Solorio family is creating this fundraiser to help pay for my mom Maria Elena Mendez de Solorio funeral expenses.

On October 27th Maria Elena lost her life to stomach cancer. Maria Elena and family were stunned to find out she suffered from stage 4 stomach cancer just 3 weeks prior to her passing. The doctor informed the family that there was nothing that could be done to help her fight this cancer. Maria Elena was surrounded by her loved ones in her last days. She remained positive and left us knowing it was God's Will and her time on Earth was complete. Maria will be missed by all the people she left behind. May she rest in paradise!
