Dear Friends and Family,

It saddens my heart as I write this, but I know my Mother is now resting and no longer in pain. My Mother has passed away after a 12 year, extreme battle of Uterine cancer. My Mother was the strongest woman I’ve known and will use her strength to get through this difficult time. My Mother’s name is Maria De La Paz and those close to her called her Paz, which translates to peace in Spanish. My Mother was a single Mother of 4 and even through the toughest times, she never gave up hope. My Mother was the sunshine of our lives, even though she was in pain throughout her battle she was very optimistic and enjoyed life. She loved to sing, dance and enjoyed the little moments. She has taught my siblings and I to always appreciate life and to always have a kind heart. I’ve started this GoFundMe account to start collecting donations for her funeral service as you all may know can be costly. My Mother was the most selfless person I know and we would like to lay her to rest the way she deserves as she has done so much for her family and kids. Any little will definitely help and will be greatly appreciated.
