Hi my name is Reyna and I am Margoth (Maggie)’s daughter. On the night of Thursday 4/20/2023 she was struck by a drunk driver while walking to work. She suffered severe injuries to her neck, ribs, leg and back as well as internal injuries. Due to the injuries she sustained her blood pressure was dangerously low, the medical staff did all that they could to help bring her blood pressure back up. On the afternoon of 4/23/23 we were told that her organs are slowly failing and the medication is starting to lose effectiveness. They told us there was nothing more they could do and she passed on later that day.

Margoth was beloved mother, a sister and an aunt. She was a woman of god, who believed in the power of prayer, she was a stubborn woman who loved her family. She would often use her cooking as a way to show her love to her family.

She stated that when she passed she wanted to be returned to mexico to be with the rest of her family. all proceeds of this will go to the final expenses and to respect her final wish to be taken back to Mexico, thank you in advance, anything helps as this was such an unexpected loss.

Hola mi nombre es Reyna y soy la hija de Margoth (Maggie). En la noche del jueves 20/4/2023 fue atropellada por un conductor ebrio mientras caminaba hacia el trabajo. Sufrió graves heridas en el cuello, las costillas, la pierna y la espalda, así como lesiones internas. Debido a las lesiones que sufrió, su presión arterial era peligrosamente baja, el personal médico hizo todo lo posible para ayudar a que su presión arterial volviera a subir. En la tarde del 23/04/23 nos dijeron que sus órganos están fallando lentamente y que la medicación está empezando a perder eficacia. Nos dijeron que no había nada más que pudieran hacer y ella falleció más tarde ese día.

Margoth era una madre amada, una hermana y una tía. Era una mujer de dios, que creía en el poder de la oración, era una mujer obstinada que amaba a su familia. Ella usaba su comida como una forma de mostrar su amor por su familia.

Dijo que cuando falleciera quería regresar a México para estar con el resto de su familia. todos los ingresos de esto se destinarán a los gastos finales y para respetar su último deseo de ser llevada de regreso a México, gracias de antemano, cualquier cosa ayuda ya que esta fue una pérdida tan inesperada.
