Help Margot run again!

Pup of the people Margot, a naughty and much loved 10-month-old Kelpie cross Border Collie, is facing a tough challenge at such a young age. She has unfortunately suffered a broken leg that's healed badly and needs a pretty in depth surgery to be able to use her leg again.
Initially, Margot's limp was misdiagnosed as a pulled ligament, after a few weeks though it became apparent that something much worse had happened. Due to her age, without any intervention the bones healed very quickly but incorrectly. Currently she only uses 3 of her legs to walk, is on daily painkillers and isn't able to do any exercise (a heart breaking situation for such an active pup). The proposed surgery now means rebreaking those bones and setting them with a plate a screws so that it can heal properly.
I've already exhausted my savings through the process of getting x-rays, specialist appointments and a diagnosis. The recommended surgery and post-op care to give her the best shot at full recovery comes with a cost of $5000. As a student and someone dealing with my own health challenges, I understand the importance of supporting one another through difficult times.
If you have the means, every contribution, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to giving Margot a chance to run and play pain-free once again. Your generosity will mean the world. We can't wait to see Magi get back to her playful, sassy self again, thank you for helping us give this pup the care and love she deserves.
