Dear Friends of Je'Nelle,

As many of you know, Je'Nelle's grandmother, Margaret Wiley, recently passed away. Though she had been fighting cancer, her passing was sudden and unexpected. Je'Nelle and her grandma had an extraordinary bond that included being their family's strength and support system and a life guided by faith and service to others. The day before her passing, Je'Nelle had purchased a car to accommodate Grandma's wheelchair and walker so they could continue their daily routines together. The loss of her grandmother comes with financial challenges for Je'Nelle. There were no provisions for funeral expenses, and without Grandma's contribution, Je'Nelle and her mother (disabled) risk losing their apartment.Meanwhile, Je'Nelle is training for a planned career change that will better her financially. A temporary lift would help Je'Nelle and her family (son and mother) through these stressful times until she can continue. Please consider supporting our lovely friend, Je'Nelle, who has given so unselfishly of herself to her community, students and family. Every donation will be appreciated and go straight to Je'Nelle (even though it is managed by Gina Reidy) so she can adequately honor her grandmother, in whose footsteps she follows, and remain safe and housed.
