I am changing the reasons why we need to raise £3000 on this page

We as a whole family used all of our saving to get the £40,000 for my mother to have her hip replacement. She has been laying in a hospital with a shattered hip for a week as they wouldn’t do the op till they received the money she’s been in so much pain she’s now very confused and diliarious, she’s 76 years old she’s not communicating with the hospital staff or understanding what’s going on. My sister is out there with her but has to return home on Monday. my mother will be in a foreign country alone from that day, I believe she wouldn’t make it back like this. I need to get out there to ensure the hospital are meeting her requirements to be able to fly home at the earliest date, I will need to be with her on the flight back she would never be able to do the airport etc alone.. I used all my savings and Xmas Monday to go towards raising the £40,000 I please ask if anyone can spare anything so I can pay for a flight and a room. I know how difficult this time of year is for everyone and this would never enter my head to ask but I am desperate to be by my mothers side.. we are fighting with the insurance company as we believe they are trying their best to get out of paying but at this moment in time we are not getting any answer back from them.
