Johnny Marfa & The Lights: Third Album & Video

Johnny Marfa and The Lights are ready to bring their third album to life, and this time, it’s something truly special. After years of searching, I’ve finally gathered the bandmates I’ve dreamed of since I was a kid. Making music with these folks feels exactly how I always hoped it would—genuine, electric, and full of heart. Our new songs capture the spirit of East Texas honky tonk, a California twist, and a dash of the blues. I believe these are the best songs I’ve ever written, and together, we’ve got a tiger by the tail.

We’re heading into the studio to record this album the right way, and we’re also planning a video shoot for our lead single, "My Heart is a Jukebox"—a track I know is a Grade-A, USDA choice, solid gold hit. Every dollar raised will go directly to production costs and paying the talented musicians and crew who are making this dream possible. I won’t be taking a cent for myself; I just want to make sure everyone involved gets what they deserve for their hard work and creativity.
