Heart Surgery needed for a desperate Mom of 4

My name is Mareme War and I am in desperate need of your help and prayers. I am a 45 year old mother of 4 beautiful children from Senegal, West Africa. I recently was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Stenosis, which is the narrowing of heart's mitral valve. This abnormal valve doesn't open properly, blocking blood flow into the main pumping chamber of my heart. This condition means that I can have a heart attack at any momemt and lose my life. The remedy is to replace the valve through heart surgery.
My eldest child Ndeye Fatou (22 years old) suspended her studies in 12th grade in order to help me raise her siblings Babacar (12 years old), Aminata (10 years old) and Mouhamadou (7 years old). She would have been the first in our family to graduate High School. We are from a modest family and cannot afford the cost of the valve replacement. This illness does not only affect me, but the future of my children as well.
No doctor in Senegal would take the case, due to risk and delicate matter. The closet location where I can have the surgery is in Morocco.
I plead to your kind hearts to save my life and help me for the valve replacement. The approximate cost will be $12,000, which includes travel and accommodation. This money will not only save my life, but also allow me to be present for my kids, provide for them and allow Ndeye Fatou to go back to school.
