Marcy Gentry needs surgery and needs your help.

My brother Steve Gentry and his wife Marcy Gentry have fought some incredible battles over the years and pulled through but this one needs everyone's help. Marcy woke one morning recently to numbness in her right arm and thought nothing of it, but after a while it was not getting better and actually started to become quite painful. Worried, my brother Steve took Marcy to the emergency room, the doctors became seriously concerned when they felt she had developed a possible clot under her right arm, so she was rushed in to exploratory surgery. It was indeed a clot and they were able to cap the clot. The doctors started her on a medicine drip to dissolve the clot but after a day the clot was not changing in size and by this time her pain level was off the scale to the point of screaming. Marcy underwent another urgent procedure to take a vein from her leg and use it to by-pass the clot under her arm, the surgery went good but after 24 hours Marcy's right hand began to darken and the doctors informed her that they would have to amputate the hand, possibly up to her elbow. The news was absolutely devastating but by this time anything to stop the pain was all that mattered. Marcy is right handed so this will be a very long road.

Marcy is currently in a drug induced coma to give her relief from the pain. Marcy's procedure will begin this afternoon. Our plea for help is two fold, we need prayers for Marcy and her entire family as they go through this life altering situation. As this is happening their bills and financial needs are piling up. The coming expenses as she goes through the healing process and her special needs that will come with the loss of her lower arm will be astronomical. Please help us get them through this, even if you can only afford a few dollars and if all you can provide is prayers then that is fine too. Steve and Marcy's need is immediate and the faster we act the quicker they can get on the road to recovery and give them piece of mind that it will all be okay. Please, Please Please.... What ever you can do. Please share this to your Facebook Profile, text it, tweet it, what ever you can do to get the word out. and encourage your friends to help in any way they can, we beg you.

Thank you for taking the time to hear her story and bless you.
