In loving memory of our mother, Marcy.
Our beloved mother passed away early Tuesday morning, December 27th, 2022, after her battle with congestive heart failure and kidney failure. Our mom was in and out of the hospital this past year and she truly held on for as long as she could to spend as much time with her family that she had left. Our mom beat the odds that the doctors gave her of only living 3-6 months and she definitely was a true fighter.
We are four siblings who would love to give our mom the burial that she would have wanted and are asking for help to make this happen.
Born in Guam, our mom moved out here to Oregon with 3 out of her 4 children in 2004 to provide us with better opportunities. Our mom told us that she lived a full life and we feel that no matter the circumstance, she always saw the good in people. Our mom would radiate any room that she walked in to and never ceased to amaze us with her knowledge, wisdom and advice on life. Our mom was always there for us and really, anyone who ever needed her. Her smile, laughter, and genuine kindness were enough to turn a bad day into a good one. She would put her whole heart into others and put them first while worrying about herself later.
We would like to honor our mom and give her everything that she wished for in her passing, one being the possibility of being able to be buried with her family back in Guam. Our mom truly instilled the best values in our family, especially always putting family first, and we would love to extend this to her.
Dates of services and burial are to be determined.
Her 4 children and 2 grandchildren miss her deeply but know, that she is now at rest and peace. Your contribution in helping us fulfill her wishes means the world. We appreciate each and every one of you, throughout this difficult and hard time. Thank you from our family to yours.
