Hi my name is Ricky Reece, and I am making this account on behalf of my dear friend and coworker Marcus McMillan.

In the beginning of 2024, Marcus, who is only 28 years old, had found a lump on his neck when shaving. After further testing he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Which is cancer off the part of the immune system called the lymphatic system. The cancer has been found in his neck and the mediastinum. This coming week he will be be getting a port put in to start receiving chemotherapy.

Marcus is an amazing father and husband. He is such a selfless, hardworking, humble, supportive and loving individual.

In a matter of weeks, Marcus went from a normal, healthy man living his life, to fighting cancer. Surgeries and upcoming chemo have left him unable to work.

I have set up this GoFundMe as a way to help relieve some of the financial burden on Marcus and his family, so he can focus on treatment and recovery. Anything donated will go directly to the family to help with bills and food.

We trust God and we firmly believe this will be a part of Marcus’ testimony, that he will get through this. We appreciate not only your donations, but your prayers as well.
