Marcus Lomax's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
In the beginning of April Marcus was rushed to the hospital upon his mother finding him. He was at 60% oxygen, blood sugar level of 1250, pneumonia, blood infection and had suffered multiple massive strokes. The ICU doctors told his family to take him off the machines and let him go peacefully because he had little brain activity. His mother said NO, after a a couple of weeks he was showing great signs of strength. He opened his eyes and was able to answer questions with head shakes. Because of his brain damage, swelling of the brain and kidney failure he has been moved to a long-term care facility in hopes and prayers of a full recovery. The doctors are not able to tell us how much damage has occurred because now he is in a constant rest mode. His family is asking for any donations towards his recovery because it's going to be a long journey.
