My name is Marcus bell and I recently received a t5 complete spinal cord injury that has paralysed me and changed my life forever.

Since then I have faced challenges that I never thought I would need to face. While being incredibly grateful for family and friends. I am determined to try everything possible to help me recover and get back to doing what I love most.

I am raising money to allow me to access specialist equipment and treatment that is not available locally. This results in overnight time away from family and my partner for extended periods.

Our home will also need adaptations which I do not qualify for government grants.

My journey so far has been mentally, physically and financially challenging.

My goal and motivation is to regain my independence back. For the people who know me know I have taken pride in earning my own living and contributing through working hard. So this doesn’t come easy for me to do fundraising but nothing will go unnoticed.
