Marcus P. Pate, Jr. was a loving young man who was well known by everyone. He enjoyed football since first playing in Little Leage and was a former football player for Manatee High School. Marcus dreamed about becoming a professional in the NFL. Marcus was only 17 years old and still had his whole life ahead of him. He loved his family and friends, and they are devastated by this senseless tragedy.
