Marcus kemp

As most of you know I lost Marcus tragically and unexpectedly 4th July 2024. I have had phenomenal support as I'm sure you can appreciate this isn't something as 32 and 34 year olds we were prepared for. I have had contributions from both my family and Marcus family to help for his funeral but there is still a balance of £580 for his funeral costs as well as £1800 approximately for me to get him the head stone he deserves. Its nothing special basic classic black but will have a photo and space for us to place flowers when we visit.

Given its his birthday on Friday 6th September I decided I could sit home or cry or I could try do something to help towards these costs.

I am going to get dropped off at Moortown where I work and where I was when I got the tragic news of Marcus passing and I'm going to run approximately 15miles home to rothwell. Home which Marcus never made it to on 4th July.

People may read this and think that I've run a marathon but this will be harder. I haven't trained, I'm still not eating and drinking properly but I thought it would be good to do something to honour him on his 1st angel birthday. He would be forever 34 but should be 35 on Friday.
