Marcus Cunningham White - Our Sparkle

As we entered 2025, our world became a little less magical with the loss of Marcus Cunningham White. The month of April is Marcus' birthday month, and we are celebrating him in small and big moments from Seattle to the island of Kauai. 

We will all dance a bit more to Madonna, enjoy a frosted pink cookie on a walk with our pups or co-workers, and have that extra coffee talk with a friend.  While we all continue to process his loss and its impact in our daily life, Jason Evans, his beloved husband and soul mate, is navigating a new normal that is a long journey.  

This "go fund me" is being set up to assist Jason with medical bills from Marcus' initial cancer treatments, to the emergency brain surgery and his ICU after care. This is never an easy time and process - it is daunting and overwhelming, and at times quite lonely. 

We all are so thankful to this community and the outpouring of love. Marcus would always say that there’s “tremendous power when people get together,” so

let's collectively come together and make this moment, and ask matter.
