Marc Timms Cancer Fight!

Donation protected
Marc and his family are in immediate need of your help and support.  Marc has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  The  treatment is going to keep Marc out of work for 12 months.  He has minimal paid leave from his employer, his family just purchased a new home, and the hospital is a costly daily commute for his wife.  Marc has always made his family the priority in his life and needs all of our help to ensure his family has the support it needs so he can focus on beating this terrible disease.  We are asking your help to support his family through this uncertain time.  Let's work together to allow him to focus on beating this for his wife and children.   Friends and family have asked if there is anything they can do.

Making a donation of any amount would be helpful and very much appreciated. Thank you and God bless you for your donations.

What Happened?
Marc Timms was unusually ill over the last few months of 2018.  He had what appeared to be flu like symptoms, aches and pains accompanied with unusual weight loss.  Marc had gone to several doctors over the last few months trying to determine the cause.  Christmas morning he received devastating news.  He had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  Christmas day was not spent enjoying time with his wife Barbara and two loving children Marc Junior (10) and Liberty (8).  Instead he was advised to go the emergency room for immediate blood work while they determined the next course of action.  The days that followed were focused on treatment options and potential hospital choices.   Marc is receiving care from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD.  The family could not be more grateful for the care the medical professionals are providing him.  He was told his treatment will keep him out of work for 6-12 months.   As of January 3rd he had a bone marrow biopsy and is starting his first round of Chemotherapy.  This is projected to be a long fight for Marc and while the future is uncertain, we know he is a fighter and has lots of support.
