First my family would like to thank you for your continued love and support during this time.

It’s with sadness and a heavy heart that we find ourselves having to end the search with the terrible news of Marc’s passing. He begins the next part of his journey with his beloved brother Jesse and his Nana.

At the age of 33, Marcos Andres Madrid is survived by his one year old daughter, his two sisters, his nephew and nieces, and his mother. He also leaves behind his godsons, his aunts, uncles, cousins and his grandfather.

While we are struggling to come to terms with this, instead of focusing on the hows or whys, we want to and need to focus on the person Marcos was. The big-hearted, loving man with his funny laugh. The man who only wanted to see other people succeed, often not focusing on himself. It was in his nature to take care of other people and be there for anyone who reached out, whether it was giving a homeless man the shoes off his feet, or making sure that his neighbors had a thanksgiving meal. He was an old soul who loved learning about history, and his roots. Our hearts, though they hurt, are at peace knowing that he’s finally reunited with our brother. His loss has left a hole in many lives from Las Vegas to the San Gabriel Valley.

During this time in mourning our brother, my sister and I  wish to relieve our mother of the burden of making all arrangements.

Costs are going to cover expenses regarding cremation, memorial and the rest will be put in a savings account for his daughter.
