Celebration of Life Service Information (Update)
A graveside service will be held Friday, 7/24/2020 at 11am at the Jones Memorial Park in Virginia Beach. Address: 4698 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA, 23455.
A public viewing will be held Thursday, 7/23/2020 from 6-8pm at Beach Funeral Services in Virginia Beach. Address: 4456 Bonney Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Social distancing protocols will be followed (masks required inside the building).

Marcos Christodonte Sr, an elementary, middle, and high school teacher for ~40 years, passed away on July 19th, 2020 after a long battle with heart disease. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Brenda Christodonte, their five children, 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Although a long-time school teacher, he never elected for pension benefits--prioritizing income to his living expenses and religious commitments.
100% of memorial contributions will be used for funeral expenses and to cover ongoing medical and living expenses for his beloved wife of 41 years, Brenda Christodonte.
Known for putting the welfare and success of others above his own, in the 80s and 90s Marcos Christodonte Sr founded an image building club to help disadvantaged youth.
Marcos Christodonte Sr touched the lives of thousands of kids. In and outside of the classroom, he regularly reminded his students that they were all “bright, brilliant, and brainy!”
Extremely strong in his faith and beliefs, Marcos Christodonte Sr was a committed and well-known member of Rock Church International of Virginia Beach, VA.
