On January 25th my family's life changed dramatically. My husband, my Dad, my uncle and my brother in law Marco were victims of discrimination at work which caused him to have a seizure and take a bad fall. He broke his neck and was transported to the nearest hospital where he underwent surgery through his throat to repair the broken vertebrae. He needed two more surgeries and was placed in a reserved condition in the ICU. Fortunately he is improving although he is still in the hospital. The physical therapy and the road to recovery will be long and exhausting as a family, we are all in this together to support him through this and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.

El 25 de enero la vida de mi familia tuvo un cambio drástico, mi esposo, mi Papá, mi tío mi cuñado Marco fue víctima de discriminación en el trabajo lo que le provocó una convulsión y tuvo una fuerte caída. Se rompió el cuello y fue transportado al hospital más cercano donde lo operaron atraves de la garganta para reparar las vertebras rotas. Necesitó 2 cirugías más y a un estado reservado en UCI. Afortunadamente va mejorando aunque todavía sigue en el hospital. La fisioterapia y el camino hacia la recuperación serán largos y agotadores. Como familia, estamos todos juntos para apoyarlo a superar esto y les agradecemos de todo corazón su apoyo.
