Marco and Mia the wonderful Jack Russell Terriers in Court

Hi, we are Marco and Mia. We are two lovely Jack Russell Terriers who really enjoy the best life has to offer. We have lots of cuddles and kisses, walks and runs on the beach and in the park and we dine out at great restaurants. Our Daddy, Glenn Tong, is being taken to court by the local council who have been receiving complaints from people living in our apartment building. They accuse us of barking early in the morning, late at night, all day and every day and they say that we bark at everything that moves. This is obviously not true and that is why our Daddy is defending us in the County Court of Victoria on 10 November 2025 in a court case that will last for at least 10 days. We have 23 witnesses who will be coming to court and testifying under oath that we do not bark at everything and anything and we do not bark all the time and they only see and hear us bark once in a while like most doggies do. This legal matter has been going on since 2020 and our Daddy and Mummy have so far spent over $100,000 on defending us against these people who are falsely accusing us of barking excessively. Daddy has hired Australia's best Dog Lawyer, Mr Brett Melke to defend us and we also have a great criminal barrister, Mr Tass Antos to represent us in court. The funds we raise here will only be used to pay Mr Melke and Mr Antos for this court matter. It is really important for us to win because if we lose, these people can use the guilty verdict against my Daddy to have a court force our Daddy and Mummy to move us out of our home which we love. How sad would that be, to lose our home because some people with too much time on their hands don't like us and have made false accusations against us? Being in the County Court, this is a very serious court case, and when we win, this would set a legal precedent and discourage vexatious litigants from making false accusations against innocent little dogs like us. We just want to play in the park and on the beach and go to good restaurants with our Daddy and Mummy. If you love dogs like us, please help us defend ourselves against these false accusations.
