Hi, my name is Brita Hanchek. Marcie Anderson is my sister-in-law. In August, Marcie was diagnosed with Stage 2 Ductile Invasive Carcinoma, a form of Breast Cancer. She, along with her doctors, came up with a game plan and began chemo quickly to start the fight. After chemo she will undergo a double mastectomy. After surgery, a round of radiation and then reassess and see if more chemo will be needed. Marcie is fighting hard, but the chemo has taken a toll and she can no longer work.

On Friday, Marcie ended up in the hospital with an infection and is spending 5 days away from her house.

We need her focus to be just on fighting the cancer and not worried about anything else. As the doctors bills begin to come in, I know a little extra help would mean the world to her and my brother.
