Marcia's Mega Walk 500k steps in 30 days

Marcia Campbell is organizing this fundraiser to benefit British Diabetic Association (The).

My 1 year old grandson Otis was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It is my hope that a cure can be found or a device that will do away with the need for injections, finger and toe pricks, constant glucose monitors (CGM), insulin pumps, insulin needles/pens or anything that penetrates the skin.

My aim is to do 500,000 steps in 30 days. I am aware of the current climate and will be so grateful for any donation that you can afford, even £1 will be fully appreciated.

My start date is 2nd April, I am currently 11,000 steps in and will continue until 1st May. Please support me in my journey for Diabetes UK.
