Support for Marcia Phillippe and Family

Our family is reaching out to ask for love, support, and kindness during an incredibly difficult time.

In early October, Marcia Phillippe was rushed to the emergency room after experiencing severe pain. On October 9th, she was diagnosed with aggressive stage 4 cancer, which began in her ovaries and has since spread to several of her organs. Her kidneys and liver have also begun to fail.

By October 25th, Marcia was transported by ambulance to the Fort St. John Hospital, where doctors helped to manage her pain. On October 29th, she was airlifted by medical plane to Prince George for advanced care. Since then, she has been surrounded by amazing medical staff, family, and friends—her constant circle of love.

Marcia and her husband, Allan (my dad), have built a beautiful life together—one full of laughter, warmth, and family. They now face the hardest chapter of their lives, and we want to ensure that financial worries are the last thing they need to face. This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden that comes with medical travel, accommodation, loss of work, and future care needs.

Marcia is the heart of our family. She’s a proud mom of two daughters and three stepchildren, a loving wife, and a devoted nana to eight grandkids—with one more on the way. She’s touched the lives of so many people, always bringing sunshine, strength, and joy wherever she goes.

We never expected her cancer to progress so quickly, and our family is heartbroken by how suddenly life has changed. Any donation—no matter the amount—will go toward helping Allan and Marcia focus on what truly matters: time together, surrounded by love.
