Marching for Mitch & The Battle Fund

Hello all,

A great friend and work colleague of ours, Mitch Gowing, was recently diagnosed with Non-Hogkin's Lymphoma cancer. He is an absolute fighter and is currently going through Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. We're organising some events to try and raise some funds to help Mitch, his girlfriend Lucy and his family during this tough journey. We're hoping you can sponsor us so we can use the funds to make Mitch's life easier during this time.

24 Hour March: 6th - 7th May. Danny Cronin (Mitch's friend and work colleague) along with Marvin Coleman and Benjamin Start are 3 Ex-Gunners from the British Army's Royal Artillery. They stand alongside Mitch in his battle. One in, all in. They will be aiming to walk through every district within Greater Manchester, carrying weight, for 24 hours straight, without sleep or rest. Mitch has displayed character, determination and grit and we want to try and do the same.

Wing Walking: 17th June. Heather Lowe (Mitch's friend and work colleague) will be strapping herself to the outside of an aeroplane and taking to the skies to try and match Mitch's bravery and courage. She is doing this in aid of Mitch's struggle.

There will also be various other fund raising events organised and this link will be used for sponsorships, donations etc. Please watch this page for updates!
