I'm starting this GoFundMe on behalf of Marchell M. Tugadi, a previous cancer survivor and is an individual who brings nothing but selfless light and positivity to this uncertain world. I met Marchell and her family when I first moved to Hawaii (I ride their white unicorn horse Khaleesi). With no friends or family in sight in what felt like a world away, they lovingly brought me in like one of their own and now I can't think to do anything else other than try my absolute hardest to help them during yet another vulnerable time of need and fear.

Marchell was previously diagnosed with and courageously beat pancreatic cancer in 2021, but now the cancer is back.... and this time is a new rare cancer that will require the complicated removal of her entire pancreas. On top of that, Marchell will be required to receive enzymes and insulin for the remainder of her life. This will be an extremely costly current and life-long treatment plan which I respectfully ask for your assistance in aiding.

Marchell has asked me to include her cancer journey which I have included below:

"In April of 2021, I started to turn jaundice... Not knowing why, I decided to go to the hospital.. I was admitted and had scans done.. I found out that I had some blockage in one of my veins, so a stint was put in to help... The doctor's also took some samples and I stayed in the hospital for a week to recover... A few days after the stint was put in and the samples were taken, the doctor came to my room to talk with me about the results... What i wasn't expecting was the big "C" word no one expects to hear... It was Cancer... I couldn't, didn't want to believe it..... I cried and cried and cried... that night, the day I learned about the cancer, I decided to go on Facebook live and let my Facebook friends know what was going on and that started my journey on documenting my cancer fight/journey... In May of 2021, about a month after learning about the cancer, I had surgery... I was in surgery for about 6-8 hours... For my family, it must have felt like FOREVER, until they finally heard i was out of surgery and recovering... I stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks to heal... During that time of healing, I went on Facebook live again, tubes on my face, in my arms, everywhere... I knew that it wouldn't be a pretty sight to see for some people, but in my heart I knew that people needed to see me, that I was alive, I survived the surgery.... Every other day, I would go on Facebook live just to update people on what was going on... On July 26, 2021, I started chemo treatments until Dec 27th, 2021... During that time, I saw people from all walks of life, young, the elderly... All of us there, fighting for our lives.. After chemo treatments were done, I was able to rest my body until I started radiation treatments in February of 2022.... The radiation treatments lasted 5 1/2 weeks.... I documented some of the radiation treatments, but not all of it... I documented more of the chemo treatments I was getting... During the treatments, chemo and radiation, I lost the taste of some foods, some I couldn't even hold down long... I ended up getting neuropathy in my feet, which i still have until now (2025).... This whole journey has been hard.."
