March with Sophie
Donation protected
We have gathered a small army to fight for Sophie and compete in the gruelling and challenging TOUGH MUDDER! There will be blood, sweat and probably tears, but we couldn't think of a more worthy cause than to march for such an amazing human! Please support us and donate any amount, even if it just means forgoing your coffee for a week to support our cause. Any amount would be greatly appreciated to help such a beautiful family in a difficult time.
Here is Sophie's story..

Six years ago Sophie was diagnosed with osteosarcoma – bone cancer.
It was a complete shock to the family, what was thought to be a broken bone from a fall turned out to be a life changing diagnosis. Sophie underwent a range of treatments including chemotherapy for months.

After the treatments her family was told that they couldn't find anything. Sophie being the incredible person that she is fought on, grew stronger and went back to school and excelled.

In 2016 Sophie's doctors found some cancerous spots on her body, she underwent surgery and radiation treatment. During that time Sophie would go to school during the day and each afternoon she would go for treatment.
Again in 2017 she was admitted for surgery because there were some cancerous cells remaining.
Last year Sophie was re-admitted again after a tumour was found on her lung, she had radiation treatment again and a part of her rib was removed. Months later Sophie thought she had a cold, which later turned out to be another tumour, she received treatment for again.
Recently another tumour was found.. The family are pursuing a range of alternate and established medications, all of which are very expensive.
Please help us raise money for an incredibly brave, amazing and inspiring girl who has dealt with more in her 16 years of life than most people do in their lifetime, let's get her health back on track!
