Hi, My name is Denise Dougi.

I am a 58 year old widow.

I bought my forever home in March of 2020 after my husband passed away from stage 4 pancreatic cancer and now three years later I had to be evacuated from my forever home because a sink hole above my home caused a landslide and moved my home off it foundation and onto the ground.

The sink hole was on city property and my home was on property owned by a property management company.

No one has contacted me about the damage to my home and given me any information on who was going to replace it.

Today, May 22,2023, I finally recieved an email from the property management company saying move your damaged home that has been red tagged and deemed not safe to enter or reside in or start paying rent again ,at an increased rate.

I'm a victim.

Where do I live now?

I need a new home.

I need a lawyer.
