Vet bill for Marcelle

My sister and her three children have experienced too much loss already. One thing that really  brought joy to their lives was getting a puppy in January. Unfortunately, little Marcelle got into some poison and has lost her battle at only 7 months old. Everyone is heartbroken, but the last thing they need is the outrageous vet bill.
