Dear loved ones and friends,
I am heart-broken to say that my mother, Marcelina Renigen, passed away on the morning of Saturday, January 26, 2019. She was 74 years old. My mother lived an amazing and rich life, with a legacy of 8 children, 17 grand children and 6 great grand children.
My mother was loved, respected and cherished not only by the people she knew but to anyone and everyone she met. My mother was extremely generous, kind and welcomed everyone she met with open arms. There was never a time that you would see my mother without a smile, through the good and the bad. She worked tirelessly, almost never taking a day off in order to support our family. There was rarely a moment where she put herself first. When it came to family first, you would expect her to do nothing but that. Not only was she the main contributor to everyone's success in the family, but she was the rock; she held everything down.
For those that did not know, almost 10 years ago, my mother suffered from a major stroke that left her completely bed-ridden. It has been an extremely difficult time for our family over these years to see our mother not be able to do the things that she loved to do. She is finally free.
All donations will go directly to the expenses to help pay for my mother's funeral. Any amount of donation is appreciated and will help with the financial costs as my family and I prepare for our mother's departure.
For those that would like to attend my mother's viewing and service, details will be set below. We really appreciate all the love and support from everyone during this time. Know that my family and I are extremely blessed and fortunate to have you all in our lives.
